105kg Clean and Jerk is in the bag for next week.

Good work, table updated :) .

Snatch to 66kg please, another soft PB. Left 105kg in the bag had a little look at 103kg but it wasn't ready today.

66kg Snatch PB, with my coach saying its very strange how you can hit your knees and still get your hip drive. Back still rounding and looking down at the bottom of the squat.

Would a hang power snatch count towards the snatch pb? I mean it is way harder to do and it doesn´t include any pressouts.
If yes, snatch to 75 kg at 85 kg bw.
You decide.
Current PBs:
195 kg SQ, 130 kg Bench, 245 kg DL, 200 kg SQ w/ wraps

Long Term Goals:
@ 75 kg: SQ - 252,5 kg, SQ w/ Wraps - 267,5 kg, DL - 307,5 kg, Total (w/ and w/o Wraps) - 710
@ 82,5 kg: SQ - 275 kg, SQ w/ Wraps - 277,5 kg, Total (w/ and w/o Wraps) - 772,5 kg

Personally I think comp legal (at least with a very friendly referee) should be a requirement, so no lifts from the hang. I'm sure you'll do that and more from the floor within a few weeks anyway :) .

Yeah, just HTFU and do it from the floor.

Thanks bronco! I could probably take 55 kg with a little better technique, but 60 kg is going
to require a strength increase I think. :)

Olympic lifting is all technique, your strong enough already just focus on the technique.

I'll work on my hang clean a bit and see how far that gets me. :)
