It is indeed might let it run even another week as it seems many haven't seen it.

This is the 2nd competition of course, the first was done and dusted a while back.

wooooooooot! :D

actually ever since earlier this year when the deadlift starting going up and bodyweight stayed about the same, I decided to focus on strength relative to bodyweight. I'm 68kg just now, would eventually (10 year plan) like to compete in the 74kg or the 83kg (simply because there aren't so many people in the really light classes and the records for the slightly higher classes look 'easier') but am putting off bulking till the current diet stops putting kgs on the bar (or stops putting kgs on the bar for reasons other than injury and moving!).

bulking or no bulking vegan chocolate bars are always welcome though!

cool! I wasn't that worried though since I figured protein bars are one of those things that probably last way beyond their expiry date. Is this something you have found?

Sorry i never managed to get it shipped off last week was busy with the business orders, but will get it off monday for you.

Pretty much regarding expiry dates, i dont mind eating off date stuff usually lasts pretty well for a while after but i couldnt never send it to others. Quite a few have asked about getting off date protein powders etc so sadly some go in the bin from time to time.
