IMO the Garmin site is much slicker, but the Bing satellite maps are shite (which might not be an issue). RWG has google satellite images, and topo imagery which in my area is better than any paper map you can buy :shock:

As I said, iframes don't work perfectly in VF - it would be nice if you could resize them a bit smaller but the code doesn't work.

... no training today because i needed time to check something after work. i found out there's a gym in a close town where they started doing crossfit classes. :shock: i told myself i had to find out. the instructor wasn't there though, so i'll have to go back tomorrow. other good news is i will add more stuff to my personal home gym tomorrow. :D

i couldn't make it to the gym because i trained with some friends. i will take pictures tomorrow ... too late now :mrgreen: and i will explain in detail :wink:

... busy sunday: i had to prepare and submit the written part of my functional training exam. it consists of a personal "one month training program" aimed at a specific, real or invented athlete. i chose to prepare a program for myself, with the target of training for a mountain bike marathon season. let's see what happens. new home gym pictures postponed :mrgreen:

rb: 30,34km/31,80km ... garmin connect and ride with gps still give me very different stats, but i think the second is much closer to reality, for what i know about the routes i'm doing and because there is no way i rode so slow (accordingly to garmin) yesterday: 25,8 km/h!!! the stats:

I guess the figure on your GPS unit will be closest to the truth (you might have to go into Settings to make it show avg km/h on screen); as you've noticed the different websites interpret the data differently (this is most apparent when looking at the elevation gain, but I'd always trust the GPS' barometric sensor over the website....)
