Not sure if this is kind of thing people are into, but i enjoy my daily raw green smoothies. Sometimes even add various protein powders to them to boost my intake.
Anyway here is one with the nutritional summary:).
Berry Green Smoothie Recipe

Oh where to begin!
Every Morning Smoothie
1 large banana
1/2 cup oj
1 cup blueberries
1 tbsp flaxseed (if your blender can handle it)
3 cups spinach
Delicious!
