... finally decided to join. So, hello all!
The run-down: 22 years old, currently living close to Cincinnati, Ohio but relocating to Cleveland sometime in the near future. Weight trained pretty intensely in high school, went to college, got chubby/stopped lifted and realized that wasn't going to cut it. started doing a lot of cardio my sophomore year and continued to do so until the summer before my senior year and became "skinny fat." Started re-incorporating weights but only had dumbbells so it was pretty "bro" with mostly isolation exercises. Somehow I managed to get a decent base going but, after getting back into the habit of lifting regularly, I wanted to get back into lifting heavy like in high school. Finally had enough money to buy a bar and weights and nailed down a routine that I'm happy with.
Oh, and I've been vegan for over a year now - vegetarian for a year before that.
Pretty stoked to finally get approved to post.
