staying at the home of a chiropractor and her fiancee. Had we wee chat, look at my wrist so ....

bad news: not only my wrist but my right arm is all wrong (bone is at a weird angle compared to left). Clearly it never healed properly two years ago.

good news: I know the bad news and she has given me the name of someone to see. Sounds like they will probably reinjure it ("change it from chronic to acute") and then get it healing in the right position.

crappy exhausted session today. On the machines for upper body stuff due to wrist.

went to chiropractor for first consult. Nice guy. Is very confident about fixing wrist. This is good as now it seems like he or someone needs to fix my lower left back which went twang on squats tonight and hurts

warmed up properly and was lifting with decent form so not sure what it was. Went twang on first rep and i did another four reps which was not clever but the HTFU voice took over.

Walking back tonight in the dark i may have scared a few people given the combination of my woolen hat and hoodie with a face that randomly contorted in pain and an 'argh'
