to repeat from the other thread. I take these also and if they are still doing the 3 for 2 deal they are the cheapest UK option

Theses ones? http://www.v-pure.com/omega3/

Are they worth taking, did you have any noticeable effects when you started supplementing them?

yeah those are the ones (i thought it was you that found them originally). Who knows whether they make a difference, there are so many variables in life and introspection isn't very reliable. In theory they should (as we all know).
JS - They think it will open the door to folk like LordMuppet campaigning for a threeway?

Honestly I have no idea. I assume you could get tested? I just don't care that much. I treat it like a multivitamin or a choline supplement, just take it to be on the safe side.

Choline is essential for brain function and has roles in maintaining liver health. It is also a stronger methyl donor than TMG which will make it play roles in hormone, neurotransmitter synthesis, reducing heart disease etc.

On the EPA/DHA front i have been playing around with opti3 which is a vegan EPA/DHA supplement derived from microalgal oils for the past month, its pretty good my skin is smoother. I will probably try to get it in stock soon. I will update if we do.

Tofu and beans are adequate sources.
