after watching "Earthlings" a couple of weeks ago we decided to change our diets and not eat meet anymore. We've done vegetarianism a couple of years ago but then switched back to meat until now. Anyway, studying "Becoming vegan" now which is quite an interesting book and a great guide.
As per fitness, my wife is a marathon runner and lifts weights whereas I lift weights and do conditioning workouts.
We also have three young children and we hope they enjoy the vegan lifestyle as much as we do.
