  • 2 - 100 kg - Mellos - 27.09.2011

Never in the history of VF has any race been won in the space of 24 hours, 1 to 2 years is the expected time no matter how achievable the goal seems. Anyway if you are going to do it tomorrow I might also have a pop at it.

That was a short race! Congrats to baldy :D . Jerk looks fast and nice, you seem to be dipping slightly forward though.

Yes well spotted, my coach always shouts this to me, "DIP STRAIGHT!". I also forgot to loosen my grip before the jerk, my fingers should be open which would let me keep the weight higher on my chest and might let me keep the dip straighter.

Well done, shortest race in VF history?

Now lets talk about the snatch.

Ninearms has to finish within a week and then it´ll really be the shortest race ever.

Hm snatch. Dunno. Would have to make up my mind. What am I aiming for?
Muscle snatching 60 kg I should have the power to snatch 90-100 kg, so that would only be a technique thing.
Also has a nice ring to it but maybe it´s just aimed to high.

Just open a thread on something, then we´ll have no other option but to reach whatever goal you have set.
