Hi,
where do you get your DHA from? Any supplement recommendations (also for children)?
Thanks.

I thought the conversion of ALA to DHA was not very efficient?

The science is mixed on whether or not the conversion rate is sufficient if you balance your omega 3s and 6s. I say it doesn't hurt to have the insurance. I last bought the New Harvest 600 mg of just epa stuff, but Fallenhorse's suggestion looks to be possibly better value.

Any opinions on Dr Udo's Omega 3+DHA? I could mix that into the food for the children.

BTW, we are taking freshly ground flax seed and flax oil already (the children as well).
