How did I forget to mention this?
Clean and Jerk to 95 Kg last week.
Split jerk technique.. still don´t like it.

C&J 96kg. Missed the jerk on 100. BW 83.5.

Woking PBs are starting to roll.
C&J to 85kg please, bodyweight to 100kg. Mr ninearms has a cool video of my C&J, he might be kind enough to upload.

Stupid table is ranked based on sinclair coefficients, which means I will have to lift god knows how many more kilograms to catch you Mr Skinny.

Haven´t be called sth like that in quite a while, 20% bodyfat made sure of that :P
