Screw the videos. It will take ages to get them, if I´ll be able to upload them at all.
So here´s most of the training in the merry month of september (plus a comp):
11th:Comp day!German RAW Squat Championships
Didn´t squat more than 135 for weeks, so I didn´t know what to start with.
Went out with 135 as my opener. Easy warmup. Even got complimented on my form.
Next one 145. Did it look any different? Easy.
Last one: 155. PB
. Smoked it.
I am still sure I could have done 160 on that day. Maybe even 165. I so regret not trying it.
Spontaniously decided to enter the squat & pull national cup
Only 4 or 5 starters left in my group, so we had like 3 minutes between lifts.
Warmep up to 170. Felt ok.
First attempt: 180. Grinded but up.
Second: 190. Ages passed, longest lift of my life but then it was up. Equal PB
, heaviest lift of the year so far.
Asked the judge, if we could get a break. He said we should just take our time and lift when we were ready.
Third attempt: 195. Failed. As if they had nailed it down to the ground.
Ended up 6th of 7 in the squat (but I was told that I looked the biggest next to one juicy kid that lifted 250
) and nobody knows about the other comp because we left early and the results still weren´t upped.
Anyway, easiest PB of my life and heaviest equal PB of my life. Good comp.
