i'm preparing a "mieval history" exam scheduled for late semptember. apart from two manuals which will be discussed orally, i have to write an essay on a subject the professor gave me the possibility to choose. the subject is going to be: eating habits during the medieval times. i can look at it from different perspective and, if possible, i'd like to investigate vegetarian/vegan point of views. have you read anything on vegetarians or vegetarian eating habits during this period (V-XV century)? cheers!
i'm focusing on some kind of stuff
