Lol i will indeed, what type of protein do you use at the moment out of interest?
At the moment I put 2 heaped tablespoons of pea protein with 500ml of soya milk, normally chocolate soya milk.
When I order from myprotein I get there flavoured soya protein and pea protein, then mix it 50:50.
Using soya milk is probably better, now that I think about it, as it has extras like b12, iron and calcium. Also it has some fat in it which I think makes it "sit" better in my stomach.
