thanks, i try not to disappoint, myself or my fellow vegans!

weighed in at 104.8, and tucking in to my food, fried rice with tofu, plus couple bottles of soft drinks, crisps, bars, litre of choc soya milk, yoghurt with hemp protein...

seems like goal 1 is achieved, goal 2 as well. Don´t know about goal 0,5 but it sure didn´t slow you down.

Great comp, nice and consistent placing in all events showing all over strength! Year on year improvement only a matter of time before podium places.

Perfect day out for me, little road trip with some vegan homies, plenty of food, sun was out for some tanning and the comp was great.
