i did 10 today, but they probably don't count because i had to rest a couple of times touching feet on the ground. or they do? if they do, i was 67kgs this morning.

also, i'm a bit confused! i did pullups today (palms facing down), i did chinups the other times (palms facing up). it looks to me chinups are easier and that's probably why i had to touch the ground today. i know you wrote they all count tha same, but don't you use different muscles one from the other? :?

Yeah you do, but they are very similar. Chinups are generally easier because you can use your biceps as well as lats, whereas with pullups it's just lats and forearms. 10 pullups though is very good! Even with breaks, I can only do a couple!

15 chin ups for me. Got a video courtesy of Darcy so y'all can judge if the kipping is excessive or not

forgot to weigh myself so will do that tommorrow. Should have made Darcy try at least one :(

Touching feet on the ground is not optimal, how many did you do before your feet touched the ground?

Someone has been bulking and also a increase in strength, nicely done.

ah, i think 5, then again at 8 ... nevermind that. i wanna be there with a proper solid hc pb. the problem with the pullups is my doorbar doesn't allow a proper wide grip. it's much easier with the chinups, so i'll concentrate on these instead

67kg bw. Darcy has the video but, as with the other vids we took, it is waaaaaay too big filesize wise so looking for ways to cut it down. Will google that tonight and try to figure it out.

Dude, you put me on 16, I'm on 15. Or maybe you're setting me a target.

Yeah you're right, I'm sorta bulking. I bet my running times are a shade better than one of the faster snails in my garden right now as a result.......

16 DO IT!
It was a typo, but still puts you in the same place. I am impressed with 15 though, shows your bulking is increasing your strength, which is probably more important to some silly running business.

I should be aiming for 20. I've been doing disco work (20/24kg z bar curls x lots in a 10 min time limit) and it seems to be helping.
