I'd like to ask you a favour. I want to order shoes from the US, but they don't ship to europe. So I'm looking for someone who would receive my parcel and then send it to me to Austria (I'll pay for the shipping of course!)

Does anyone know what the price is for shipping a parcel below 1kg weight from US to Austria (Standard shipping)

It looks like the size may be more of a factor than weight... If we can fit the shoes in this box:
"Priority Mail® International Small Flat Rate Box** Maximum Value for Contents: $400.00 USPS-Produced Small Box: 8-5/8" x 5-3/8" x 1-5/8". Maximum weight 4 pounds." then it's only US$14 - but the next size up is US$45... There are likely intermediate options but now you know the likely range.

I'd like to order these (in the description it says it's leather and synthetic, so I checked on the merrell site directly where
they say it's entirely synthetic and this model ist listed as vegan-friendly. thank god! I need a water-resistant running shoe

I also think they will fit in a small box because they are very flexible. One pair weighs about 13 ozs.
Maybe two pairs fit into the box, because most likely my boyfriend also wants to order one pair if I tell
him that I figured this out

now we decided which shoes we want to buy. would you send me a message with your address?

we will order from zappos.com, so the shipping to your house should be free. if they send the shoes in boxes, just put both pairs
in one box for the oversea shipping. just stuff them together to fit the smallest shipping box. the shoes are not stiff so it shouldn't be a problem, I think.

My boyfriend and I are very grateful for your help! The euro prices are about the same as the dollar prices!! on amazon.de they cost 125euro, on zappos it's only 125 dollars! that's a huge difference...
