What are people doing for this? Is anyone going up on the sunday only?

Yes, Talyn and I are planning to drive up. That is about as far as our plan has developed so far.

I am picking up Talyn from Woking on Sunday morning and then driving down to the comp in Kent. So if anyone wants to join, let me know.
Strongman comps are long days with moments of intense excitement and shouting. So be prepared with loads of food, clothes and ideally some camping chairs.

If anyone interested on a meet up for the sat maybe we can arrange something. I'm thinking trocadero. :D But there are tonnes of things.

Yeh man, trying to figure the situation. I can either go to London Sat, make the day of it, then go over on the sunday, or get to Woking to you and baldy, OR just get up to woking from mine sunday morning, would have to get up early though :(

folks, my options are limited now that i am coming down from manchester with other competetor and not in my car...

so saturday Plans have dried up and i am stuck in cantenbury :D

sunday comp starts at 12, and ends who knows when.

goal 1: SURVIVE - comp has 9 events which is more than ever before in a single day comp, and franky fucking stupid, which is why its also cool.

goal 2: 10th - that would mean beating 3rd of the field which is no mean feat in finals...

oh, goal 0.5: get my glute injury healed by sunday!!! Fingers crossed...

so guys, if you are there i might be recruiting someone to give a hand with few things, would be awesome!

thanks :)

heading off soon, bodyweight is at 106 at the moment so should hit 105 by 7pm without any gimmicks, might even eat and drink a bit on the way :)
