I'd be interested to see more about his diet. Specifically, how much eggs/dairy he eats.

Patrik is a super nice guy, we talked with him in Turku, Finland when Jakob was staying at our place for a few days.

I think he has been a vegetarian for quite a while already. Jakob might know more. He met Patrik accidentally at a vegan lunch restaurant in a boat by the riverside and could not believe his eyes. We got to know that he is competing in Turku, he log lifted 190kg that weekend and we were there cheering him and filming the whole thing. Obviously he won the whole thing since 190kg lifts are very rare even globally. He also tried 200kg but it was too much that day.

I think he doesn´t eat eggs but most of his diet consists of dairy products. If people are interested I could look up his diet plan from when he was bulking up to compete in the open weight class.

For at least 5 years, I´d say. I think his first TV appearance was in 2006. On that show he said that he´s vegetarian. But he ate meat in 2010 when there was nothing else around. Still his diet was about 95% vegetarian at that time.

here is the video (the guy you hear screaming is a very happy Jakob)
