yes yes i know, its actually only been two runs (two days) since i noticed it, and it is just a twinge at this stage,..im just overly paranoid of injury and running on a slight twinge which then leads to 6 weeks inforced rest!!hell no,i cant even decide if it hurts or as i said in the first post its just a pinched nerve type thing. Will rest again tommorrow(bringing the total to three stir crazy depressed non running days...) and see how it is on the weekend, if there still some discomfort i will go to the doctor on monday, like you say though Mr cleetus,..good luck with that, .the doctor will just say rest it, but i have to get the doctor to refer me to a Physio before i can go see one(on my health insurance that is) but yeah, sigh. so depressing.

thanks for the advice though guys, was mostly hoping someone would say-'oh yeah that happened to me rest three days and all will be back to normal!'
