Anyone here play it? It gets pretty serious. I've been playing for a couple years now. It really helps for training balance, flexibility, and reflexes, not to mention the fact that it can help you learn some really nasty kicks, as well as improve your jumps.

first time i saw it was in nyc back in '95. it never spread in italy. cool though.
i'm focusing on some kind of stuff

i remember all the hippies in college doing it back when ('87-'91). usually there was something being passed around that was burning too.
