aw baldy, thanks :D

Shellie, feel free to copy any pics you want and yes UTS is just awesome, you are lucky to have such good coaches and a really nice facility all in one. It was so clean too!

Whoa  those pictures are amazing! You look fantastic :D Definitely belong on the Phwoar thread.

And that gym looks hardcore, well done even if its only once a month.

Also, I'm trying to picture one arm dumbbell bench on a stability ball. Do you keep your body centered, or shift to the side with the weight?

Thanks :D

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ySFK-X7p7Qk the body is centred, no shifting the idea is to keep the hips up and everything tight. I just had my upper back on it, in this video it looks like she is further up on the ball. It's not something I'll do very often I think but the session was mainly focussing on unilateral lifting so it made sense.

Finally got my tattoo, so I've earned my log title. It's almost as I expected, I love the bird but I'd have preferred a lighter butterfly, it was quite fiddly for the tattooist but it was done in just under 2 hours because we only stopped for her to have a quick bite to eat. Really not painful as many suggested it might be but highly addictive! Bring on the next one.

Thanks again. Yep, someone else told me they get lighter, and I have to go back in 2 weeks anyway for a colour check-up, whatever that is :-)

Have a nasty cold since coming back from VF week so haven't been training at all, hopefully all cleared by next week and I can get back to the gym.

I can imagine after all the tattoo talk at VFW you would have been totally psyched up to get it done. Looks great and max healing vibes for the cold.

Thanks baldy, there was indeed a lot of tattoo hype, and veganita almost convinced me to get this tattoo on my chest, it was really only the hour before I went in that I decided definitely on the back. Next one will be chest though.

The cold is seriously kicking my ass, all I can manage at the moment is meditating, pushups and planks. I REALLY want to get back into the gym and back to weights and grappling.
