I love ab rollouts and I hadn't had this problem before, but recently when I do them I get a pinching in my lower spine. I read it's because of arching the back and it helps to look at the floor when doing them. I tried this but it doesnt help too much. It seems to pinch when I get closer to the floor. Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so how did they resolve it? I think a lot of it might be in the hip positioning. If I keep my hips tilted back so my back is straight I couldn't complete a rep (on the third set), perhaps this is the right position though.
