18.6.2011
Squat: 3x5x65 kg
Press: 3x5x37,5 kg. Last reps super hard, don't know if I'm able to increase the weights for the next session.
Power clean: 3x5x40 kg.

Stretching for 10 minutes.

Still some discomfort in the strained back muscles, but getting better I hope...

21.6.2011
I am recovering from a minor flu and was supposed to rest today but then I noticed that pimmando k. is about to be able to do more chin-ups than me.

Squat: 3x5 67,5 kg
Bench Press: 3x5 60 kg
Back extensions: 3x15
Chin ups: 3x5, last reps with a form that some could call cheating. But all's fair in love and outperforming pimmando k. in chin ups.

Forgot stretching.

30.6.2011
Squat: 5 x 72.5, 5x 70, 5x60
Form was bad on the first set so I lowered the weights. Form was still bad on the second set so I dropped the weight to 60kg. A bit of a disappointment.
Bench: 3x3 62,5 kg . I had no spotter so kind of gave up on doing 3x5.
Back extensions: 3x15
Chin-ups: 3x5 with proper form

10.7.2011
Squat: 3x5 75 kg. Problems with my form, I tend to lean towards my right legs with heavier weights. I suspect this is because of an old knee injury on my left knee, which may have resulted in my right leg being stronger. Maybe I should use lower weights or do lunges to avoid compensating with my stronger leg.

Bench: 3x5 62,5 kg

Back extensions: 3x15

Chin ups: 6, 7, 6. First set solid, second less so and third was absolutely cheating.

Hard to advice without a video, but I would suggest maybe focusing on "pushing" your knees out while you squat down and come up. This helps me keep it level.

How does 75kg compare to your 1RM?
"A wise man once said, "It's easier to buy smaller clothes, than to put on 5kg." ... Buzz
