Put me down for 31.

No biggie, but I'm kinda on the list twice right now (sure wish I could get 30! Soon though . . . ). But the 25 one is the correct entry.

too much partying and not enough paying attention updating the tables I am afraid. Looking very solid in your video.

Vegan Hal: That is a great video, it appears you touch the floor with your chest on each rep! Well done on the 39 reps :)

Baldy: you need to get your priorities straight! ;)

Getting very close to me in the table, something will have to be done about this!

Pushups need to be done with good form, going all the way down to the floor.
Show boating with clap/knuckle/2 finger/one arm pushups is fine, but wont get you any higher in the table.

If you do not trust yourself place a tennis ball under your chest and touch it every time you go down.
At the next meet up you maybe asked to prove your pushup prowess, so be willing to accept any challenge.

Okay so I have a question I've always wondered about. For some people, chest to floor will be a 90 degree bend in the arms - for others, it will be beyond that. Does this rule still hold for everyone?

So I have really long, gangly arms and end up looking a bit like a chicken when I go down to the floor (only way I can describe it!) is this still good? Also it is virtually impossible but this might be due to strength not form ;-) Different people tell me different things: tennis ball vs. angle.

Then I might get in on the table!

 ow dear.
Ok, this is the motivation I need actually. I was worried about my pecs fading away now that I don't bench any more. Pushups will have to come back into my routine.
