currently living in Staffordshire but would love to move to Wales or get back to Somerset/Devon (used to live in Weston super mare and miss the countryside and beach!)
Did weights back when i was 18 and really enjoyed it - did running for a while and martial arts but as i've got older i've found my knees really struggle when it comes to weights so i'm doing 50 minutes cardio and 10 minutes toning five days a week, 6th day i walk for a couple of miles at a pretty good pace and carrying some heavy stuff normally

7th day is a day off. Its ok and i'm enjoying it but i'll be glad when my knees stop complaining and i can up the intensity a bit. The cardio is turbo jam so its fun and that's the main thing for me right now.
I'm not carrying extra weight but enjoy eating "clean" so that's good and most of all i'm REALLY so pleased i finally went vegan. Its also GREAT to be talking to other vegans on this board. So thanks again for the welcome and hope you're all doing well at the moment
