Important to do, I don't if I'm just lucky but it's always been really easy to empty out when I want to. I never had a problem during the event.

I realized this during my 5k yesterday. But it does not matter what I do, I always feel like I'm going to simultaneously puke and crap at the same time during 5k races. Maybe I should just slow down a bit...

Am I the only one who's stomach goes into overdrive mode before a race? I'm happy if I only have to go less than five times... Lucky it's a purely psychological thing, so as soon as there's no time or possibility to go to the toilet I don't need to anymore. Strange things...

I'm with you Fredrik...I never have GI issues, 'cause somehow everything gets cleared out race morning, no matter what. I always attribute it to extreme nervousness the night before and morning of the race. Whatever works!
