Goals for VFW 2011

My goals:
- 240kg Deadlift
- 160kg Squat
- Weigh more than JP or 105kg which ever is more
- Look good on the beach
- ein bisschen Deutsch sprechen

there are no beaches in austria (unless you are thinking about lakes and puddles). you'll have to wait for vfw2012 for the real beaches

yeah, unfortunately Austria lost all beaches to Italy

You are probably thinking these two, but I must warn you I have spent a large amount of my youth sitting on a beach.

Sadly I have to take a break of at least 3-4 weeks in my training because of an abscess on my right shoulder. So no Lifting PBs on VFW, I think.

I've never heard "sky tractor" in austria and I have been living here all my life, which will be 25 years soon...


it's also a big difference if you are in the western part of austria (vorarlberg, tyrol...) or the eastern part (where vfw will be)

Me being from the east finds it hart to understand people from voralberg talking in dialect...

my (secret) goal for vfw2011 was to be there. my exams made the target quite difficult, but i succeeded now i only have 10 days to get rid of a week long flu and regain the little strenght i had before
