115.8 (255lbs) was fast and I probably should have gone for 120 next but got talked into 125... by a bodybuilder
Everything felt good, kept elbows tucked and everything tight with 125 which was good I suppose, maybe if I flared a bit it would have went up.
Regardless the main piece of the bench puzzle I have to work on is leg drive by FAR. I just don't know how to do it. Maybe I am doing it but expect more? But it doesn't feel like much atm.
