My current fave:
1 cup of frozen mixed berries
1 cup ice
Juice of a lime
Large handful of baby spinach
Small piece of ginger
A few mint leaves
Scoop of protein powder - about 30g
Blend the berries and ice first, then add the rest of the ingredients. You can add almond or cashew butter if you want, but I'd rather just eat a handful of nuts with the shake rather than sticking them in there.
Another I drink a fair bit of is basically soy milk, protein powder (vanilla), hot chocolate powder, instant espresso, some flavour of coffee syrup (I like gingerbread when I can get it).
