Ok, first thing to do is cut out the oil. It just adds calories and will make your smoothie too slimy. The protein needs to stay (assuming you want this to be a protein smoothie) and the soy milk is good for ya. I personally would replace the peanut butter with almond butter, but it does cost a bit more. Also I would never put spinach in a smoothie with protein and PB, but if you really want the veggies in there then I don't see another option. Personally I would just do without the spinach and then make another smoothie later with spinach (blueberries DESTROY the spinach taste)....

My current fave:

1 cup of frozen mixed berries
1 cup ice
Juice of a lime
1 banana
Large handful of baby spinach
Small piece of ginger
A few mint leaves
Scoop of protein powder - about 30g
Water

Blend the berries and ice first, then add the rest of the ingredients. You can add almond or cashew butter if you want, but I'd rather just eat a handful of nuts with the shake rather than sticking them in there.

Another I drink a fair bit of is basically soy milk, protein powder (vanilla), hot chocolate powder, instant espresso, some flavour of coffee syrup (I like gingerbread when I can get it).

Some good ideas here: http://www.precisionnutrition.com/super-shake-creation

I'd replace the spinach with pumpkin seeds.

If its a fruit smoothie i usually go with:

1 Large Banana
Tub Of Blueberries
10 Strawberries
A tablespoon of chia seeds(omega-3, protein etc)
I will usually add various bits and pieces to this one, maca powder, sunwarrior raw ormus supergreens or various other green powder.

If its a post workout or for protein i usually just add

1 scoop of whatever protein powder(sunwarrior raw at the moment)
Soya milk
1 Large Banana

Sometimes i will add a handful of greens to the fruit smoothie.

Getting lots of calories is fine, but try to get them from something that also adds nutrition to your diet! Oil is just junk food :)
