Just discovered that stic.man is coming out with a new album, 'the workout', next week that is all motivational tracks for training and he's setup a website for RBG fitness. It's pretty cool Here's a vid for one of the tracks.

I bought this album on mp3 when it came out, just to support the project really musically not that fantastic but I like the empowering lyrics, I wish there were more musicians doing stuff like this.

Dang. I was into this until he strapped on the vibrams, water fanny bottle and checked out his form. He should leave the running video off the webs.
