This dude was on TV recently. he's married Britain's strongest woman and they've bred a superbaby.
You can see my training log if you're really bored: www.veganfitness.net/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=16086&start=360

Incredible stuff guys!

Currently I can DL 335 lbs (150kg) with no belt (and I'm 'drug free'). What steps can I take to lift 4, 5, 600 lbs? I have plenty of time to train, but am guessing it's not the frequency but intensity. I've pursued other sports in the past but really enjoy lifting, especially the deadlift. I would appreciate any suggestions.

Do powerlifting. For years.
Start with a simple program like 5/3/1 or 5x5 (google it) and when you hit 500 lbs or more in the deadlift you can start thinking about westside barbell.
Have fun, train hard.

Have you just started lifting? I cant remember reading a training log. If your a beginner something simple like a 5x5 program will get you quick results, then when you can deadlift over double bodyweight switch to a specialized DL routine like the Ed Coan deadlift program.

I've lifted in the winter to supplement cycling training. I just did a three month routine to gain mass (via 4 Hour Body) but now I want to focus on lifting specifically.

Thanks, I appreciate the help guys!

My experience is that the best way to improve the deadlift is low reps and patience. Go heavy once a week and stick at it...
