Yesterday's MTB race!
Finally some result! got the 4th place for my category, 16° overall over 70 bikers!
My team is getting interested in wat I eat ! LOL!
short race, 1h22'
The food was 95% raw vegan, but the evening before ate some basmati rice with curry and carrots ;D

Last week did a magnificient bike marathon, "SERPILONGA" ended after 5h20'
2500 mts rise! Unfortunally i've got 4 snakebits due sharp rocks.. have to buy a pair of tubeless weels.

otherwise I "could be" 4° cat and 25-28th over 190 bikers, my position after 3h30

YEAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!
Sunday 20/03 got a 5th place over 36 athletes in my category (from '67 al '71) on the 1st try for the Sardinian XC championship! Total 210 MTBikers in this very technical and hard race :)
Me and my team was really surprised.. I've kicked som ass I could never think about before :D
100% rawfood for 1 month! 61.5 kg
Tomorrow it's time for the 2nd try! Early wake up!!
