1x53 - PB Bang, first time pressing this fucker, and was decent enough. Had to push to lock it, but stability was fine, and didn't feel crazy heavy at the shoulder as I expected it to.

Went home a happy man.

Couple days rest, did me good I think. Today, woke about 8, went to unit, packed orders, trained about noon, then went walking along the river with the dogs and the T-Shirt OFF!! Also, summer is here, shorts and sandals are back out. Glad to let the old skinny ankles and feet breathe again! Wore a singlet for training today, think this might be the way forward, not sure why, but tight lycra like material does feel nice on the skin
