1x90 f on 2 - weird how the wooden badboy feels easy as fuck empty, compared to the steel one, but loaded up feels fair bit harder.

2x220 - PB - comfy enough, and the warm ups didn't feel amazing so was happy to bag it!
12mx105kg - 8.1secs
12mx105kg - 6.2secs PB, much better run. Pick up not that speedy, but strolling with them was tastily speedy, for me anyway
1x115 - wrist was feeling fucking sore
2x130 - wrist popped whilst lapping 2nd rep. Loaded it anyway, but it swole up like a small balloon. Don't like doctors or physios, so just put some dmso on it when I got home
Davie left as didn't have time to play at Circus, but I got the 42kg badboy out just to have a wee shot
3x42 - straight off, and felt easy!
1x53 - PB Bang, first time pressing this fucker, and was decent enough. Had to push to lock it, but stability was fine, and didn't feel crazy heavy at the shoulder as I expected it to.
Went home a happy man.
