No plans to do any comps at the mo, though don't look great on the beach yet either!

Boom, more events today. Left wrist is fucked, decided not to do axle, so did some log instead, and meant to do yoke instead of farmers but forgot :)

Wooden log
w/up w/wee log
6x60
3x70
3x80
1x85
1x90 f on 2 - weird how the wooden badboy feels easy as fuck empty, compared to the steel one, but loaded up feels fair bit harder.
1x90 - better rep

15" deadlifts
5x70
3x110
2x150
1x190
2x220 - PB - comfy enough, and the warm ups didn't feel amazing so was happy to bag it!

Farmers
20mx55kg
12mx105kg - 8.1secs
12mx105kg - 6.2secs PB, much better run. Pick up not that speedy, but strolling with them was tastily speedy, for me anyway :)

Stones
2x1x100
1x115 - wrist was feeling fucking sore
1x130
2x130 - wrist popped whilst lapping 2nd rep. Loaded it anyway, but it swole up like a small balloon. Don't like doctors or physios, so just put some dmso on it when I got home :)

Davie left as didn't have time to play at Circus, but I got the 42kg badboy out just to have a wee shot
3x42 - straight off, and felt easy!
1x53 - PB Bang, first time pressing this fucker, and was decent enough. Had to push to lock it, but stability was fine, and didn't feel crazy heavy at the shoulder as I expected it to.

Went home a happy man.

No man, crates of raw food and spirulina!

Wee bit training Tuesday;

Squats
2x6x70
3x110
2x5x125 - weight easy, but wrist is a cabbage, and hard to get into set up position.

Zombie squats
6x70

Hyperextensions
2x15

And today - shortish events sesh in HQ

Incline log
8x60
5x70
3x8x80 - felt solid. Coming back nicely.

15" Deadlifts
5x70
3x110
2x150
1x190
3x215 - PB - train keeps rolling.

Was going to Yoke, but no one to time or shout at me, so just left it. Will nail a big events sesh at weekend hopefully.

I second that... Great idea baldy

3 turns into 4 turns into 5 turns into ABZ for the Beach!!

93kg man. You might not have noticed, but I'm entering Yorkshire's U90 comp, same time as your 105's! Too scared to go head to head, so just lost 10-15kg instead :)

Couple days rest, did me good I think. Today, woke about 8, went to unit, packed orders, trained about noon, then went walking along the river with the dogs and the T-Shirt OFF!! Also, summer is here, shorts and sandals are back out. Glad to let the old skinny ankles and feet breathe again! Wore a singlet for training today, think this might be the way forward, not sure why, but tight lycra like material does feel nice on the skin :D

Incline Log
8x60
5x70
5x80
3x5x90 - all solid. These coming along nicely.

15" deadlifts
5x70
3x110
2x150
1x190
3x225 - PB. Pretty much found my max here bang on. Partial deadlift train trundles along!

Circus DB
5x42 - tireder than I thought now. Not as snappy as usual
1x53 (f on 2) - thought I might pop a few out, but it was a bogey.

Pull ups
x4 :)

Plan Ressurrektion! Mainly due to nearly losing my log book in the Bermuda Triangle office, and getting DEEP FEAR about not having a record of my awesome training!

Weaker, fatter, and older, but still training, now with VF Ledge Chewy who is working at HQ now.

Today - no sunshine, so an indoor session

Squats
6x60
2x100
2x130
2x140 - decent

Band deads w/doubled purples
3x60
3x3x90

Power cleans
3x60
2x70
2x77.5 - think my PB is a shameful 82.5 or maybe 85, so homing in on this now :)

18" Deads
3x110
1x150
1x180
3x200
