Squat pull
3x3 50 lbs
D-bell M-press
2x5 25 lbs,4x2 45lbs
Pull ups
8x2 15lbs
Ab rolls 3x5

This is what l have been doing for afew weeks,slowly building up.
deads 10x2 135lbs
Dumbell M-press 8,10x2 55lbs
pull ups/chins 3x5 10lbs
swiss ball crunches 3x5
throw in some yoga,punching bag work and long walks along the beach(that sounds corny)

My training is progressing really well right now, the lower back is holding up no stiffness and l have a new found confidence with my lifting.
The weight just keeps going up but l will stop short of pushing to failure and start another cycle soon.

training 3 days a week
Deads 8x2 170lbs
squat 3x5 50lbs dont like squating
bent over row 6x3 40lbs
dumbell m-press 10x2 70lbs
pull ups negatives 15x2
swiss ball cruches 5x5
ab plate drops 2x10 10lbs
