Update: I went to the doctors last week. She expects pain to last 2-3 weeks and says that I should start back slowly at gym. So probably no weights until end of month...

WTF!

NO WEIGHTS!!!!

is it because you would tense your neck when lifting?

...wonder how long i would take off when given that kind of advice... Firstly i guess i would forget to tell .flux about it :D

Hey but thats not so bad. Could be a lot worse. Can you do cardio stuff or climbing instead?

* First workout of 2011 due to shoulder injury. It is maybe 95% better...todays workout was very cautious...

Deadlift
10x60kg

Military Press
10x20kg

Squat
10x50kg

Bench
10x30kg

Treadmill
20 mins, Hill setting Level 10, 10kph.

Stretching and Sauna
