Thanks, both your points are things that I am actually trying to doing. So I must be doing something correct. New training cape town partner has been pushing me with the look up. Also I have been trying to rely less on the bounce at the bottom. In all the heavy PL squats I see they dont bounce at the bottom.

if i was to change anything it would be that vest. Looks pretty skanky!
