my main focus for the autumn training:
105kg finnish championships, 5th of December 2010, Rauma
Events:
1. farmers
15m farmers back and forth in a way that every turn the weight is increased by 2x11kg. Starting weight 100kg, 90 seconds time limit.
2. dumbell overhead for reps
weight about 60 kg, every rep from the floor with solid grip all the way back to the floor. 90 seconds time limit
3. power stairs
170 kg/80 cm, 200/50, 250/40, 265/30, time limit 60 sek
If there are more than 10 competetors, the three events above will be eliminator events. Top 8 will continue.
4. Yoke
25 m, 350 kg, time limit 60 sek
5.deadlift in a machine
280-300 kg in hands, straps allowed, suits not, time limit 60 sek
6. stones
100 kg/160 cm, 120/150, 140/140, 160/130, 180/120
