I used to do a circuit of 10 swings one arm, switch, 10 swings other arm, 10 clean and jerks each arm, 10, snatch's each arm, rest a bit the repeat for a total of 5 circuits. Got sweaty, t'was good.
Used to do a couple of sets of 2 or 3 reps of the turkish-get-up before hand as well, seriously recommend checking out that exercise!
