I'm a bit late to this considering we're almost a month into 2011 but my goals are

bench go from 55kg to 62.5
squat go from 65kg to 80
deadlift go from 107.5 to 120

I'm not sure how likely it is that I will get these (bench I'm pretty sure is doable) because I have been improving so slowly lately.

600 total by the end of the year? Do you not remember how long it took you to squat 140?

Pass the pipe, please.

What about a race to the best raw squat by VFW?

A while back I had a goal of a double-bodyweight squat. But then I gained 10kg, and I felt like I was chasing my tail :)

What about a 100kg deadlift as a goal?

Yes, but I was fanning around then. I reckon I have worked out the intensity of training I need. Very much crack pipe goals though.
Realistic target is 500kg total.

200kg squat will never happen as long as 110 gives you The Fear. 110 is second warm up on max day.

Dont think your long distance Reiki emoness is going get in the way!
Strength is in overcoming the fear and smashing up goals! Its all about the top 4 inches.

200 squat is crackpipe baldy - I LIKE IT!!!!

deadlift goal would come automatically if you get the squat.

Just forcus on squat.

That would also make your biceps bigger.

SQUAT!

Fuck, i need to squat today.

I am squatting today and even roped in a an injured buddy to apply my wraps. Might do a walk out with 180kg just to see what that feels like.

200kg is a bit of crackpipe, but not impossible. I can visualise squatting it, just need to do it.
