5 reps at 120kg today
Which equals 3 at 130kg, 2x140, 1x150kg
plus another 20kg with wraps. So actually I am very close to 170kg. You guys starting to worry yet?

Gunna be banging out a couple of 150s on Tuesday. All the rep strength you can muster don't mean shit unless you can get the singles up there, I see a 160 at the end of the next cycle Baldyman, I'm still in this!

135x10 next session guaranteed. Could nail 180 with wraps right now, but where's the fun in that? Much more enjoyable to nail it without while Baldy has to wear a belt to rep 110 because of "The Fear".

On the other hand a little crackpiping might do us all good every once in a while

No need to bring my enjoyment of Lily Allen into this. She probably has a decent squat.

I typed 4x130kg into the 1RM UNIT20ulator and it crashed. 4 reps is that even possible? Computer says no!
3 reps or do 5, there is no 4!

Had a go at 160kg, but failed it half way up lost the arch in my back. Need bigger lats!

pair of doubles at 160kg the other night, think that puts me in contention to pip this ahead of Baldy. Might even beat ninearms to it if I can get angry enough...
