If there's no jump I'd say it's not a burpee, but a mere squat thrust. I'd also say the press up is an optional extra, but in the vid in the first post the guy is including them, so I will too.

Chest to ground and a jump with fully extended hip (a clap over the head is the normal procedure).

I throw myself on the floor and the kick my feet forward and then jump. It doesn't have to be controlled but your chest has to touch the ground.

75 burpees 4,02. I think I was about 2.20 when I passed 50 but I'm not sure.
