I credit it to having Firewind playing while I worked out. Most of their songs sound like they should be playing in a movie when someone is about to go into an epic battle, they always give me an energy boost.

my first attempt at 100 burpees - 9:40

my technique was to do 10 sets of 10 reps, recovering until the 60th second after each set. i finished the first set in 33 seconds, the last in 40.

do you hoffmesister and xkillerx do it in one go, or as i did? i was thinking, i could keep the 60th second rule but do 1 set of 12 followed by 8 of 11 next time. that'd mean finishing in about 8:45 ... if i don't die before!

Cheers! 3'52" tonight; still feel sluggish, sure I've got something a bit snappier in me!
