Please post the maximum weight that you can lift in these three lifts, and I will add it to the table.

For a description of how to do these lifts, check these links

Squat

Rules

1.Lifter must be vegan


2.The three lifts are based on RAW powerlifting rules. Therefore make sure squat is to at least parallel level, bench press bar touches the chest in the bottom position and that glutes stay on the bench and feet on the floor during the lift.


3.Equipment allowed
Chalk
Belt
Wrist wraps
Knee wraps (but state if you used them...)

Equipment not allowed
Squat suits or bench shirts
Lifting straps


To get yourself added please state:
- Sex
- Your bodyweight
- Amount lifted for each lift (Your 1RM) - If you don't know your 1RM you can either go and test it or just state the maximum weight that you have lifted, even if you can do more than one rep.

Olympic Lifting but bicep disco workout sounds like a good idea, too ;)

I think he's gonna do mostly fronties now ;)

It's a great idea from Mellos to go for oly lifting, since he's pretty strong overhead, his front squat max is close to his back squat max and he's the only one of the vsg boys who can do a decent olympic clean.

So: Go for it, my short limbed oly-firend! :lol: ;)

Squat to 127kg even (did it twice as first time was super dodgy with bar at one point at an angle for some reason)

Deadlift to 158.7kg

epic fail on bench as usual but will work away at it. I think Overhead Press is going up so that will help it hopefully.

Bodyweight to 69.8kg

oh also did just over a 7 minute mile afterwards :) so conditioning is as awful as i thought
