Sunday is my last round of Handstands and Flexibility, but in mid-January I start ten more weeks of Flexibility and ten weeks of Aerial Fitness and Conditioning. I'm getting stronger, but I still have a long way to go as far as upper body strength is concerned. I've been getting by okay with trapeze stuff, but I can't climb the rope to save my life. Having something else fitness-y going on has resulted in running being more enjoyable, too.
Nice! That sounds intense. I love the circus (all human circuses only, of course); going to see Cirque du Soleil for the first time next month and I'm really looking forward to it, I think they're amazing.
