Hi everyone
I'm a personal trainer and am going to study group exercise (as an elective) next year.
I really like the old style aerobics (not this new ZUMBA) and want to teach it to the over 50's.
I've been googling but there is so much information on the Internet, it's spinning my head around.
Was wondering if anyone is teaching it these days?

Yeah learning freestyle aerobics is so much more fun and creative as a teacher! And safer in that you can taylor to class. The YMCA teaches it (definitely in the UK and maybe also elsewhere?).
