Hi Shellie, re the Push pull in Feb, yes plan to take part, won't have amazing numbers but just want to get the experience! :) We'll have to try and schedule that sess at OSG when weather improves!

thanks lordmupttet and good work on the pb.

yup a hitch is when you support the bar on your thighs on the way up. it's fine for strongman but not legal in a powerlifting comp. here's an example (i googled deadlift hitch and i was in the top results ha!) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n62j-ucrqC0
