If you can do 10 reps i can see no reason why 12 wouldn't be possible also.

And if you can do 12, you may as well just go to 20.

Mental prep for squatting 9@100kg on Tuesday is already done. Its in the bag, might even do 10.

Well, I did twelve reps at 110kg just to mess up your preparation. Felt like I had a lot left in the tank also so you might as well aim for twenty.

So it's ok to pause a little between reps, with barbell still on the back?

I did 60 kg x 9 today (BW is 59,5).

Where did that come from? The race to 20 has just started!

Thanks Bronco and Dublin Dave! :) This is a fun challenge, I like that skinny people can compete with big ones.

I know that when I really try to make the squats deep, I get a little below parallel. There's probably better squatters
who are in the lower part of the table because their squats are ass  grass.

for some ass to grass is stronger way to do it than cutting it parallel :)

like my front squats, ass hits my calves, but on back squats are better when i just get past parallel and fire up.

Did 10 tonight easy, could have done 12 but would not have made 13.
Equal with JP now, how will he react?
Next time I will get 13 and jump ahead of bronco.

Are we going to use this thread or the other, because I think this challenge is full of win.
