So what are you targets for 2011?
Mine are as follows:
Deadlift 185kg, Squat 125kg, Bench 90kg...Total 400kg...currently total is 345kg.
Military Press 50kg currently 45kg.
Bodyweight 80kg with 15% bodyfat.
